You agree to provide valid payment information for billing purposes. Payments are due on a monthly basis, and no refunds or prorations are provided. A 14-day trial period may be offered to select customers. Cancellations are effective immediately for the current month, with no cool-off or notice period.

4.Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations are effective for the current month. No proration or refunds will be provided for unused services.

5.Use of A2P Communications

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding A2P messaging, including obtaining necessary consent from recipients for SMS, MMS, or voice calls. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with A2P guidelines.

6.Third-Party Services

While Up Level LLC does not knowingly share or sell your data, certain third-party integrations may collect, store, or share data as outlined in their terms and conditions. You should review any third-party agreements and be aware of their practices.

7.No Resale of Data

Up Level LLC does not sell or resell your personal data to third parties.

8.Limitation of Liability
